Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Custom or personalized seasonal decor items, items damaged by misuse, and items returned after the 30-day period are not eligible for return. Preserved floral arrangements that have been exposed to excessive moisture may not be returnable.
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
